The Grain Loft is a charming barn wedding venue set within the glorious Shropshire Hills, enjoying views over stunning rural countryside. The Grain Loft has been lovingly renovated to ensure that it provides the perfect, intimate location for your special wedding day. We can offer a bespoke wedding package to suit you, whether that’s celebrating with up to 50 family and friends, 20 of your closest family or just the 2 of you eloping together.
New for 2025 is an addition barn space, designed with a rustic, quirky feel. The converted barn adjoins the garden and is perfect for an extra indoor area, ideal for welcome drinks or post ceremony canapes during the day. In the evening, the built in bar, extra seating, & the music and dance area add plenty of space to party.
On site accommodation is available in Llanhedric House Country House. This beautiful home has 7 bedrooms, a pool table and table tennis, lounge with wood burner fire, as well as a large kitchen and dining room. Llanhedric House has glorious gardens with incredible views over the rolling Shropshire Hills so you can celebrate together in the gardens and terraces in the summer or enjoy the warm, atmospheric barn in the winter.
Weddings include the Honeymoon Suite in Llanhedric House, or the option of spending the night in The Grain Loft, where you were married only hours earlier.

Llanhedric House is a stunning 17th Century country house with 7 bedrooms (sleeping up to 16 guests). The spacious accommodation is perfect for friends and family to stay before or after your wedding, allowing everyone can relax into the wedding without having to travel or rush off.
With panoramic views across the Shropshire hills, 7 elegant bedrooms, a large dining table, spacious well equipped kitchen, a pool table, table tennis table, and lounge with log burner. your guests will fall in love with this warm and welcoming home.

Enjoy your wedding breakfast with family and friends in our beautiful dining room in The Grain Loft, which seats up to 50 guests. Tables and chairs are laid out for you and included in the price. We offer the freedom and flexibility to choose your own caterer. Whether you choose a 3 course feast, a bbq, street food, a pizza van or something different we can make some excellent recommendations of local caterers to suit your style.
In the evening, choose to stay on in the Grain Loft & we can reconfigure it into the evening space that suits your group, or utilise The Wed Shed and enjoy our in-house bar, extra seating and dance area. A great space for a band or DJ or use our sound system and disco lights to create your own vibe.
